Manufacturing Capabilities and Fabrication Equipment

Our total facility consists of 71,200 sq. feet, with a Welding Dept., Parts Dept., Blasting, Painting, and Assembly areas. We have a 20'x40' state of the art down draft painting facility with the option to bake the paint. We have four hoists in our welding and parts area with a 10,000 lb. capacity, with 14' under hook.

Our counterweight-filling shed has a 30,000 lb. capacity hoist with 15' under hook. Also available is a 50 Ton Scale and filling capabilities for filling counterweights.

Our programming department can receive Cad drawings by disk or e-mail along with most image formats for any drawings. We have Cad-Key engineering software and Merry Mechanization Programming software.

Our Fabricating Equipment consists of:

• Two shears with the largest having a capacity of ¼” x 10’.
• Four press brakes with the largest having a capacity of 12’ x 150 ton including one 10’ x 150 ton with a Hurco 2 axis CNC Control.
• One roller with a capacity of ¼” x 3’ wide.
• Several drill presses with the largest having a capacity of 2-1/2” capacity and 1-1/4” tapping capacity.
• Three punch presses with the largest having a capacity of 1-1/4” punch in 1” HR material.
• One CNC 4-head, electric eye burning machine with 100” template table and a 6” maximum cut.
• We stock up to 3” plate on a regular basis.
• Twenty wire welding machines, from 300-600 amp capacity.
• Two heli arc welding machines.
• One aluminum wire welder.
• Two spot welders.
• One 5/16 capacity stud welder.
• One 24” wide belt sander.
• One Vectrum 3046 Hydraulic CNC turret punch press, 54 station, 30 ton, with Auto Index.
• One Magnum 5000 CNC turret punch press, 52 Station, 45 Ton, auto-index, with a plasma unit capable of cutting 3/8” plate.

We also have a tool room with general machining equipment, and a wood shop for building some special skids if needed.
