What are the Flow Test Results for your Dump Valves

All of our Dump Valves have undergone a series of flow tests to determine the exact GPM each valve will deliver.  The test results for our valves are as follows:

  1. Our 1050 Dump Valve series takes 42 seconds to empty a 2,500 gallon tanker giving this dump valve a flow rate of  3,570 GPM.
  2. Our 1010 Dump Valve series takes 51 seconds to empty a 2,500 gallon tanker giving this dump valve a flow rate of  2,940 GPM.
  3. Our 1050 Dump Valve series with a 6000SW & a 4036 Chute takes 64 seconds to empty a 2,500 gallon tanker giving this dump valve a flow rate of  2,340 GPM.
  4. Our 7010 Round Dump Valve series takes 64 seconds to empty a 2,500 gallon tanker giving this dump valve a flow rate of  2,340 GPM.
